01. General Description
A newly constructed, architecturally and technically sound office building capable of hosting 1000 occupants. For a total of 8000sq.m. distributed in 6 floors the ground floor and two basement levels used as parking lots.
Τhis building has thermal insulation in all of its outer walls, used thermal insulating glazing and an HVAC efficient system among other things to achieve a large percent reduction in Energy Costs. The indoor water usage has been reduced to almost half by installing efficient fixtures.
A large percentage of the materials come from recycled material and have been produced, and harvested within 800km of the project. All of the wet-applied materials have low to very low VOC content, the content of organic compounds that can be harmful to building occupants. In the parking area there are charges for electric vehicles.
Lastly, it provides landscape areas serving as quality views. All of the above among other credits achieved have brought the certification to LEED v3 Gold level.
