Kaizen Campus is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art both architecturally and technically, office building. It spans in multiple floors totaling approximately 15000sq.m. area. The plot of the project has a rectangular shape while the building within is a hollow round shape to allow both for the air to flow through from particular openings, as well as, provide quality views and areas of gathering to its end users. The building is composed of office units, a restaurant and extensive interior and exterior spaces for socialization, movement and relaxation for the employees. In addition, the external lighting is such that allows for the aesthetics enhancing while reducing of light pollution. The shape of the building, the connection between outdoor and indoor areas, the bioclimatic characteristics, along with the choice of materials and the final image give it the character of a landmark.
