Experiential Training:
"Sustainability & Introduction to LEED"

On November 12th and 13th, 2025, from 17:30 to 20:30, BIO-SY-MO, together with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD), invites you to two sessions of an in-person experiential training dedicated to Sustainability and an introduction to the LEED green building standard.

This won’t be just another seminar. Our aim is to explore how sustainability is not an abstract concept but something that can be lived and practiced — woven into our daily choices, our buildings, and the way we design for the future. With a special focus on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), one of the most globally recognized green building frameworks, we’ll dive into how these principles can truly reshape the built environment.

What you’ll take away

  • The core ideas behind Sustainability and Green Buildings

  • International standards, with an emphasis on LEED

  • How different rating systems (BD+C, ID+C, O+M) work

  • The main LEED categories of evaluation (Energy, Water, Materials, etc.)

  • The certification journey and the professional roles involved

  • The real benefits for businesses and professionals who choose to invest in sustainable development

  • Experience that the values of sustainability are embedded in all living beings

Who it’s for

Engineers, architects, environmental professionals — and anyone curious to experience sustainability in a practical, human-centered way and to understand how LEED can be applied in real projects.
